Less stress. More space. A home that works for you.

Past Projects

Projects can range from 10 to 125 hours, depending on your space, the number of items you have, and your level of involvement in the process. We know that's a big range!

Here are a few examples to help you get a sense of what your project might look like:

15 Hours

Family: Two parents, three kids (including toddlers)
Participation: One parent involved at all times
Overview: A cluttered but lightly filled home where nothing had a proper place.

Highlights:

  • Organized the playroom and added a craft cabinet

  • Created simple basket systems for toys, shoes, and supplies

  • Introduced “put-away bins” for easy clean-up

  • Set up a mail sorter and storage for tools and electronics

  • Decluttered the garage and added hidden storage

  • Simplified kitchen and pantry storage

  • Locked storage for adult-only items

This project focused on achieving quick wins and implementing low-effort systems for an overwhelmed household—not perfection, but ease.

30 Hours

Family: Two full-time working parents, two school-aged kids
Participation: One or two adults present throughout
Overview: A clean home overwhelmed by stuff and lacking systems.

Highlights:

  • Organized the garage into clear categories and added shelving.

  • Installed pantry cabinet in garage for overflow food storage

  • Created designated zones in kids’ play area

  • Set up baskets and organizers at entryway.

  • Cleared closets and kids’ rooms of outdated items

  • Moved long-term storage to the attic

  • Streamlined kitchen for daily use

This was all about reclaiming space and reducing daily friction for a busy family.

125 Hours

Family: Couple in their 70s, four-bedroom home/office of 40 years
Participation: About 5%
Overview: A lifetime of accumulation with minimal organization and limited accessibility.

Highlights:

  • Emptied every closet, cabinet, and drawer

  • Removed duplicate and outdated items

  • Set up easy-access systems in the kitchen, office, and bedrooms

  • Organized/cleaned out the basement full of 40 years of toys, furniture, art, and tools

  • Filed/Shredded 60 boxes of paperwork.

  • Cleared out expired food, medicine, cleaning supplies, etc.

  • Sorted family photos, books, and keepsakes

  • Identified items for adult children to take

  • Filled a dumpster, junk truck, and made daily donation runs

This was a full-home transformation designed to simplify daily life, make important items accessible, and make space for what matters. This was a giant project with minimal participation from the owners. I would set up boxes of things for them to go through when they had time, but most things I was able to just make decisions about (no one needs 14 staplers)!
